Cheer Technique Classes- Motion placement and technique, jumps, personality and voice projection. This is a good class for beginners that need work on their basic technique for cheerleading for try-outs.

Cheer Fit Classes- Strength and conditioning class, focused on drills, stretches and exercises which target the areas of the body most used in cheerleading. This course is intended to improve range of motion, flexibility and strengthen the muscles used in jumps, stunting, and tumbling.

Co-Ed Stunting- This course is designed for students seeking to further their stunting abilities. Whether improving an existing knowledge and skillset of co-ed stunting, or progressing from multi-based stunt groups into single based co-ed stunting, this class may be for you.
