Cheermoore Athletics has broken down the tumbling classes according to the skill level of the athlete participating in the class.
Level 1- Mini's Class- Ages 3-6: Working on basic body control, cartwheels, round-offs, front walk overs, back walkovers, and standing back-handsprings.
Level 1 StudentS- Ages 6+: Working on basic body control, cartwheels, round-offs, front walk overs, back walkovers, and standing back-handsprings.
Level 2 Students- Series tumbling: round off back-handsprings, back-handspring series, toe-touch handsprings, and basic tuck drills.
Level 3 Students- Advanced: round-off tucks, round-off back- handspring tucks, round-off series tucks, standing tucks, back-handspring tucks, lay-outs, fulls, doubles, standing fulls, back-handspring fulls/doubles, and standing series fulls/doubles.
Cheer Technique Classes- Motion placement and technique, jumps, personality and voice projection. This is a good class for beginners that need work on their basic technique for cheerleading for try-outs.
Cheer Fit Classes- Strength and conditioning class, focused on drills, stretches and exercises which target the areas of the body most used in cheerleading. This course is intended to improve range of motion, flexibility and strengthen the muscles used in jumps, stunting, and tumbling.
Group and Co-Ed Stunting- This course is designed for students seeking to further their stunting abilities. Whether improving an existing knowledge and skillset of co-ed stunting, or progressing from multi-based stunt groups into single based co-ed stunting, this class may be for you.
